Trailer FAQ

  • What Equipment Does the Trailer Have?

    The trailer has a versatile Draft system with four to six taps available on each trailer, we can assure no guest will go thirsty. Bluetooth surround sound where you can connect your phone and conveniently play your favorite playlist. Our trailers are all lit with LED lights and barstool seating for 6-10 people.

  • What is Included With the Trailer Essentials?

    We provide an ice bin, bar mats, bottle shelving (if available), co2, speed racks, draft beer lines and 3 high-top cocktail tables. We also provide up to 200lbs of ice, 200 cups, trash can & bags, pitchers, and an additional cooler.

  • Where Can You Have a TAPT Event?

    TAPT is the answer for any outdoor social event. We specialize in using your imagination to turn any empty space into the event you dreamed of. From backyards to parking lots our team offers expertise in planning, catering, and staffing of your event. There’s no challenge too big or too small we dedicate our utmost energy to every project we take on!

  • Do You Provide Entertainment?

    We can make it a sport bar by adding our Smart TVs package with the capability to be mounted from any direction on the trailer. Common uses also include presentations, streaming and apps. 

  • Do Your Provide Catering Options?

    Yes, we can enhance your bar experience by working with our catering staff to create the perfect menu for your event. From happy hour snacks to weddings, our cooks are sure to impress!

  • Can You Customize The Sides of the Trailer?

    Yes, the TAPT trailers can be branded on any side of the unit for $150/panel. Whether it’s to personalize or brand the experience we will design and install graphics of your choice.

  • I Have a Gate To Get Into My Backyard, How Do You Get the Trailer In?

    We need a ten-foot-wide gate and ample room to maneuver the trailer with a pick-up truck. If you have a single gate or double-four-foot gate, our trailers will not fit through. Do not worry though, as we have an alternative product that offers all the same amenities that can be brought in piece by piece and set up in your yard.

  • Will the Trailer or Truck Ruin My Grass?

    No, our trailers weigh about three thousand pounds. If the area is dry, there will be no damage to lawn areas. Our drivers and operators will advise of any potential issues before driving over any terrain. TAPT is not liable for ruts, divots, or damage done to lawns so please take our staffs advice even if it conflicts with your initial vision. Turning sprinklers off the day before an event help and we do our best to accommodate weather by being flexible with delivery times.

  • Do I Have to Provide Ice or Cups For My Event?

    No, we provide up to 200lbs of ice and 200 cups. Depending on how many guests are coming to your event you can add more ice and cups, or you can provide them yourself.


  • Do You Think I Need More Than 200lbs of Ice?

    It depends on the size of your event but in the warm months it could not hurt to have extra ice. We can add additional ice onto your invoice, or you can provide it yourself.

  • Does Alcohol Come With The Trailers?

    No, legally we cannot include alcohol or beer with any package.

  • What Alcohol Should I Order For My Event?

    TAPT has beverage consulting. We will help you calculate what you will need based off the type of event and amount of guest you are having.


  • What Size Kegs Can The Trailer Fit?

    Our trailers have plenty of space for kegs and can comfortably fit up to four half-barrel-kegs. Please keep in mind the more area used by kegs will reduce the undercounter area for beverages and ice.


  • Do You Need Power For the Trailer?

    Our trailers do not require power for single day events where entertainment options are not being used. Our sound system and lights run directly off an on-board power system lasting up to twelve hours. If you wish to plug in appliances or operate TV’s on the trailer, than yes we will need a dedicated outlet (regular house outlet is fine). If we are in a remote location where power is not accessible, we have small generators that may be provided.


  • Are There Mixers Included?

    No, but we have mixer packages, or you can provide them yourself. If you have a catering package- Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, and bottled water are included.


  • How Far Do You Travel for Events?

    We go all over! Travel fees will be applied for anything outside our general area.


  • How Far in Advance Should I Book My Event?

    Some dates are certainly more popular than others, but as a general guideline our booking window is 60-90 days out. Keep in mind that peak season dates fill up earlier than that so do not procrastinate!


  • When Should I Reserve My Trailer For an NFL Tailgate?

    Tailgating services see an influx of reservations as soon as the NFL schedule comes out and availability for games may be viewed on our website. Keep in mind the longer you wait to book your date, our pricing is dynamic so the best deals go to those who book early.


  • How Much Should I Tip the Service Staff?

    Gratuity is at your discretion based off the service you receive.


Payment FAQ

  • Is There a Deposit to Hold the Date?

    Yes, there is a $600 deposit per unit.

  • How Do I Pay For My Event?

    We have a variety of payment options. We send you an invoice through our software, you can pay with cash, credit card, ACH transfer, mail a check, PayPal or Venmo.


  • When Does My Final Payment Have to be Submitted?

    You must submit your final payment two weeks before your event.


Catering FAQ

  • Do You Provide Catering Options?

    Yes, TAPT will accommodate anything from grilling burgers and hotdogs to fully preparing custom menus. We have a variety of preset menus to choose from or we will help create one for you!

  • If We Add the Catering Package, Do You Provide Plates, Silverware, or Napkins?

    Yes, if you add a catering package we will provide plates, silverware, and napkins.


  • Do You Provide Any Soda or Water With the Catering Package?

    Yes, we include assorted sodas (Coke, Diet Coke, and Ginger ale) and bottled water with our catering packages. Any other mixers you would have to add the mixer package or provide them yourself.


  • When Does My Final Menu and Head Count Have to be Finalized?

    We would like to have everything finalized two weeks before the event.


  • Do I Need to Hire Staff For My Event?

    We pride ourselves on being able to deliver 100% hands-free experience. Common positions range from food servers, bartenders, grill cooks, and station attendants.
